So, my social life is completely shit, how's yours?

No, really.

It sucks.

If I'm not at school, no-one my age is willing to interact with me. And half the time I'm there, the only others who are there are the Ones Who Talk Through the Computer. They watch tv shows online, chat online, and trying to pull their pasty faces away from the screen is impossible. And they don't do this to be mean, they just like the entertainment value. You know, nice people with no manners?

Or they just don't care.

And not only that, my hunt for a job is at a dead end. Why? They all want PROFESSIONAL references, meaning not my friends. Which is understandable, except for one thing.

I don't have any job experience.


I volunteered at an animal shelter of part of the summer once, but that's it. By the time I got out of high school, it was straight to being a full-time student. No time for a job...and then the economy crashed.

Can you say,"You screwed"?
